My sessions are calm, unposed, and completely centred around you. There’s no pressure to perform or ‘get it right’ just time to slow down, breathe, and be with the people you love. I’ll gently guide you when needed, but mostly I’m there to notice the in-between moments: the hand squeezes, the giggles, the quiet looks you don’t realise are happening.
